You made us feel so confortable & at ease
from day one. The meals you made deserved Michelin
3 stars ! I will always remember the chocolate
gateau you made for my birthday. Thanks for making,
it one of the most memorable trips we had. We

that was a great and realy relaxing trip which
you kind enough to allow us to have. Even a teenager
like myself and my brother enjoyed this trip.
Michael has really surprised with all his talents,

We
were enjoying a wonderful holiday in Formentor,
and then we spent our last three days on your
boat and our holiday went from wonderful to perfect.
There were so many special moments; but I will
always remember the mud pools with laughter in
my heart; and I can never forget the dolphins
which is a truly fantastic memory. Our warmest
